EastWest is founded upon a simple principle: “One call, all needs.” Instead of having to call twenty different companies for each building and solicit bids from each one, screening each one, comparing the scope of work for each one, build one company that meets all your needs in one go.

We have also been neighbors for 31 years in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. We know the community and know that business here is built on relationships, not flashy advertising and gimmicks.

• Profit Sharing - We recognize that we our employees have made us who we are. Which is why 10% of our profits go to employees on top of their regular pay and bonuses.

• Good Pay for Good Workers - We are one of the few companies to offer full medical, dental and vision benefits to our employees as well as PTO, Christmas Bonuses, Career Training and Profit Sharing. From 2017 to 2020, our average worker pay has increased by over 31%. As a result, our employee retention is unrivaled with some supervisors working here for over twenty years.

• Community Involvement - A portion of our profits goes to charities. Our owners have a sitting chair in the directing board of several charities such as Suenos y Esperanzas, an orphanage where we sponsor some of the children to meet all of their monthly needs as well as supporting the organization on a monthly basis. We also match our employees contributions 100%. Last year over $50,000 was given to charities around the world.
