1. How often should I use your services?
This depends on which of our services you’re using and the location of your property. For specifics, please go to the services page and select the service you’re thinking of. If you are looking for multiple services, we can often offer a discount for booking multiple services at the same time.
2. What chemicals do you use?
This also depends on which services you’re talking about, but everything we use is safe for the environment and safe for your property. More information can be found on the services page, and we’re happy to send you the Material Safety Data Sheet on anything we use.
3. Are you insured?
Yes, we carry General Liability, Workers Comp, Auto Insurance. We are also bonded. We’re happy to provide evidence of insurance as part of the bid process.
4. Are you licensed?
Yes, we have a Class B contractors license. CA Lic #1066270
5. Do you warranty your work?
Yes. The details depend on the type of work and time frame of the claim, but we always stand by our work.
6. How long do I have to pay the invoice?
This depends on the job and agreement reached with EastWest, but generally 30 days.
7. How quickly can I get a proposal back?
This varies on the service and if a site visit is required. Generally, we get bids back within two to three business days. If you need something urgently, please let us know, and we will do our best to expedite it.
8. How long have you been in business?
EastWest has been open since 1989.
9. Where are you located?
We currently have offices in San Jose and Pleasanton, but are looking to add a Peninsula branch in the near future.
10. What services area do you cover?
Depending on the size and type of job, we cover Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties. Feel free to contact us for specifics.
11. Do you have weekend appointments available?
We prefer to keep work between Monday through Friday, but if your job needs to be nights or weekends such as janitorial for an office building or window cleaning for a retail store, let us know as part of the bid process, and we can give you the price.
12. Do you supply your own equipment?
Yes, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client, we bring all equipment with us.
13. Will you remind me before my service?
Yes, we send reminders one week before the service date.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
Depending on the service, we generally ask for seven days for commercial jobs or residential jobs above $1,500. Two days for residential jobs.
